This 2-Day also covers the effects of drugs and alcohol, incorporates the First Aid for Mental Health Action Plan and promotes positive mental health culture at work.
The level.3 course also covers how to recognise, understand and support specific mental health conditions including depression, anxiety, PTSD, psychosis and suicide awareness.
Suitable for all persons within a workplace but aimed towards those who have responsibility for implementing a positive mental health culture at work.

Everything in level.2 but with content aimed towards young people between 14-25 and those who work with them. This course focuses on depression, anxiety and self-harm.
